ORR and ORR-ez Certificates can be produced for your boat by US Sailing and the Offshore Racing Association (ORA).

The Spinnaker Cup is open to all boats 23’9” overall length or longer, with valid Northern California PHRF (NCPHRF) certificates, or MPHRF BAMA or ORCA Certificates. In the event that a boat holds a certificate from another area (e.g. Monterey Bay or SoCal PHRF), an adjusted NCPHRF Rating must be obtained.
