ORR and ORR-ez Certificates can be produced for your boat by US Sailing and the Offshore Racing Association (ORA).

PHRF Scoring
As described in Northern California PHRF Rules: IV
Using Regular PHRF Ratings for each boat:
(1) Calculate its Time Correction Factor (TCF) = 650 / (550 + PHRF rating)
(2) Corrected time = TCF x Elapsed time. Elapsed time can be in Seconds, Minutes, or Hours.
Using Downwind PHRF Ratings for each boat:
(1) Calculate its Time Correction Factor (TCF) = 480 / (0 + DW PHRF rating)
(2) Corrected time = TCF x Elapsed time. Elapsed time can be in Seconds, Minutes, or Hours.
CREW WAIVERS
All sailors on board for one or more CA Offshore Race Week races must complete a crew waiver and emergency contact form. Each boat will enter it's crew names and email addresses into the Yacht Scoring Dashboard for each race. The crew members will receive an email and access code to submit their emergency contact information and select YES to agree to the waiver.
